Terms and Policies
εїз Strictly half payment policy. I won't start without any payment.εїз Failure to pay beyond due date will result to increment of 20php per day.εїз Failure to claim output after the deadline will result to increment of 20php per day.εїз Hours to 2 days is considered a rush. Rates for rush works will have an additional fee.
(1 day = 60%, 2 days = 30%)εїз The deadline's time will automatically be set at 11:59 pm if the client does not complete the given form.εїз I am not liable for any incomplete instruction, criteria, or basis if you missed sending it to me before I did the output. Additional charges will be added for that.εїз Revisions that are not stated in the instruction will have additional fees.εїз For graphic works, additional 150php for the raw file. (canva link, psd, etc.)εїз I will only provide 1-2 free minor revisions valid for 12h only, following revisions will have an additional fee.
minor revisions: font size, resizing of vector/s, font changeεїз No refund nor return policy once we made agreement.εїз A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for canceled outputs, both started and pending.εїз After 2 days, I'll delete the raw files for graphic worksεїз All works must be personal only. Otherwise, for commercial outputs, additional 50%εїз If you don't want me to post your commissioned output in my portfolio, additional of 50 pesos.εїз I am not liable if you did not read my rules. By filling up the form and paying, you acknowledge and respect my rules and wish to proceed.
